   3. If you notice someone move in, send Carol an email just to make sure she knows about the move in date.

   1. Kenda tested it and it seems to be working
   2. Jane still needs a copy of the Paid invoice from Full Moon

1. Halloween Plans
   1. Trick or treat on Friday night (6:00 pm) just for neighborhood kids, leave candy in bowls/on tables for kids to help themselves (CDC recommendation, moderate risk)
   2. Discourage trick or treating to general public on Saturday night by: turning lights off, not having blockades, not providing police
   3. Threats have been made to be disruptive on Halloween on Hampton Rd. CAREFUL.
2. New Neighbor Brunch-need to do something for the membership drive in January
   1. Reveler’s hall house band
   2. Grilled Cheese Company food truck
   3. Outside-spring would be warmer than January
3. Other Business
   1. Traffic Task Force, meetings are weekly
      1. Heather attended the first meeting
      2. Orange cones block off lanes to discourage street racing (test)

• Placing artwork in the medians to get folks to slow down (possible)

1. Drag racing and donuts are still a big problem, but the cones seem to be annoying drivers rather than solving the problem.
