- Halloween Plans
- Trick or treat on Friday night (6:00 pm) just for neighborhood kids, leave candy in bowls/on tables for kids to help themselves (CDC recommendation, moderate risk)
- Discourage trick or treating to general public on Saturday night by: turning lights off, not having blockades, not providing police
- Threats have been made to be disruptive on Halloween on Hampton Rd. CAREFUL.
- New Neighbor Brunch-need to do something for the membership drive in January

- Orange cones block off lanes to discourage street racing (test)

- Drag racing and donuts are still a big problem, but the cones seem to be annoying drivers rather than solving the problem.
