The Stevens Park Estates Neighborhood Association (SPENA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has served as a model for other neighborhood associations citywide. Our committees actively address such quality-of-life issues as architectural conservation, beautification, traffic flow, and crime prevention.

We also know how to have a good time. Our neighborhood social events are popular, and have helped to raise hundreds of dollars for neighborhood projects like the installation of historic light fixtures and the maintenance of the playground in Annie Stevens Park.

Use our site to access a wealth of information about Stevens Park Estates and our neighborhood association…whether you are one of our lucky residents, or someone who hopes to soon become one!
